Personal Effectiveness for Community Development (PECoDe) For Youth
Children subconsciously emulate the youth. This program provides reorientation and leadership for the youth who in turn are encouraged actively to mentor our children for a period of time and be actively involved with their local communities as SKEF ambassadors.
